Policies
- Payment, by cash or check, is required at the time of treatment. Credit cards are accepted for a $5 processing fee. If you have insurance, you are still responsible for payment (we will provide a receipt that you can submit for reimbursement).
- Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Otherwise, you are responsible for the full payment. The only exceptions are severe weather and medical emergencies.
- We do NOT like to charge people for missed appointments or last minute cancellations. As we honor you, we ask you to honor us and the time we have set aside.
- If you need to make a last minute change, please feel free to ask. If we can accommodate you, we will. Otherwise, the above policies hold.
